1. Traveler Cancellation Schedule

7 Days or More Before Departure90% Refund or 100% Future Credit

3 to 6 Days Before Departure50% Refund

Less than 72 Hours Before DepartureNo Refund (Pre-booked stays & transport)

2. Replacement & Batch Transfer Option

If a traveler is unable to join due to emergency, they may transfer their seat to a friend or family member at least 24 hours before pickup at no additional fee.

3. Force Majeure & Weather Cancellations

In cases of natural disasters, severe landslides, red alerts, or road closures beyond human control, ALEYONA Experiences will offer alternative safe routes or 100% travel credit vouchers valid for future batch dates.

4. How to Request Cancellation
